Meeting weekly helps improve your progress on your goals. The consistency is important for healing and making changes. It’s suggested to commit to six months of weekly sessions and to review bimonthly to ensure you get what you need.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Resprocessing. It is a therapy that is proven to reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, phobias and trauma. Learn more here.

I am not on any insurance panels. I do offer a Superbill for you to send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement based on your insurance poiicy.

A 60 minute session is $130.

Please note that 24-hour notice is required if you need to change or cancel your appointment. I realize life happens and give every active client one “freebie” late cancellation or no show. With the exception of true emergencies, active clients will incur the full fee for every late cancellation or no show thereafter. Your cooperation with this policy is appreciated.
